Freelance social media managers running a handful of clients. If you’re juggling 2 to 10 brands, answering "is this approved yet?" over Slack and email, and you don’t want to pay agency-tier prices to solve it, you’re the target. Bigger agencies tend to outgrow us into enterprise tools. That’s fine. We’re not for everyone, which is sort of the point.
Is there really only one plan?
Yes. One plan. $15 a month. Unlimited clients, unlimited posts, Ask Gremlin included. We don’t have the bandwidth or the desire to run a pricing matrix. If the product is worth $15 to you, pay us. If it isn’t, don’t.
What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing dramatic. We’ll email you a few days before, and again when the trial ends. Your client portals keep working for a grace period so you don’t blow up any in-flight reviews. If you don’t pay, the dashboard eventually goes read-only, but your data sticks around. Come back whenever.
Do you publish to Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok automatically?
Not automatically, on purpose. Hit Publish on any post and Content Gremlins generates a QR code. Scan it on your phone and you get a tidy publish screen: caption ready to copy, assets ready to save, platform warnings if you’re about to post something incompatible. Copy, save, post natively from the platform’s app. This keeps us out of the Meta API review nightmare and keeps you in full control of what goes out.
Can I preview what my clients see?
Yes. Every workspace has a "View as Client" toggle in the manager dashboard. Flip it and you see the portal exactly as your client will. Same layout, same review queue, same approve button. Flip it back when you’re done. No fake test accounts to maintain, no second browser tabs, no surprises when the real client logs in.
How does the AI integration work?
Content Gremlins ships with an MCP server, which is an open standard for letting AI assistants take actions in other tools. You connect it to Claude, ChatGPT, or another AI chat once. After that, you can ask your AI to draft posts, send them for review, or tell you what’s waiting. It reads each client’s brand brief before writing, so captions come out in your client’s voice. Optional to use, included if you want it.
Can teammates collaborate with me?
Right now Content Gremlins is built for a solo manager working with their clients. Multiple team members per organization is on the roadmap, but it’s not live yet. If you’re a small studio or agency with a co-manager, let us know and we’ll bump it up the queue.
Are you a real company?
One person, based in the Czech Republic, running as a sole trader. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which handles global VAT and tax compliance as a Merchant of Record. You get a proper receipt, the transaction is legit. "The company" is just a gremlin with a laptop.
