Terms of Service
Last updated: April 25, 2026
Content Gremlins is a SaaS product for freelance social media managers, operated by Adam Kosinar (a sole trader based in the Czech Republic). These terms describe the contract between us and anyone using the Content Gremlins website, waitlist, or product.
The product is currently in private beta. A paid subscription will open to the public soon. Sections below marked (applies at launch) become effective when subscription signups go live. Everything else is in force today.
Who we are
Content Gremlins is operated by Adam Kosinar, registered as a sole trader (OSVČ) in the Czech Republic, IČO 24592986. Contact: [email protected].
Payments, when they start, will be processed by Lemon Squeezy Inc. as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles tax and VAT compliance on our behalf and is the party of record on your receipt.
What you get
Content Gremlins provides web-based software for managing social media content workflows with clients: a client approval portal, a manager dashboard, a publishing queue, and an AI integration ("Ask Gremlin") that lets your AI assistant interact with the platform on your behalf.
The service runs at app.contentgremlins.com. It's a subscription — not a one-time purchase, not a downloadable product. Access continues as long as your subscription is active.
Waitlist
If you submit your email to the waitlist, you'll receive one email when Content Gremlins opens to the public. You can ask to be removed any time by emailing us. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle waitlist data.
Subscription and billing (applies at launch)
Pricing. Content Gremlins costs $15 USD per month, billed monthly. One plan, all features included, unlimited client workspaces. Prices may change for new signups but existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any change to their own rate.
Free trial. New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial:
- If you haven't added a payment method, your account becomes read-only. Your data sticks around. You can come back whenever.
- If you've added a payment method, your first monthly charge processes automatically and the subscription continues.
Recurring billing. Subscriptions renew monthly on the same day of the month until you cancel. Lemon Squeezy will email you a receipt for each charge.
Cancellation. You can cancel any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
Refunds (applies at launch)
If Content Gremlins isn't working for you, email us within 14 days of a chargeand we'll refund it, no questions asked.
Outside that window we don't offer refunds on prior months, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. If the product is broken in a way that meaningfully prevents you from using it and we can't fix it, we'll refund you even beyond 14 days — reach out and we'll work it out.
Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear in 3 to 10 business days depending on your payment method.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you think someone else has accessed your account, email us and we'll help.
You can share your client approval portals with your clients using the portal links Content Gremlins generates. You're responsible for deciding who to share those with.
Acceptable use and prohibited content
You're responsible for everything you upload to Content Gremlins, and for everything your clients and team members upload through workspaces you control. By using the service, you agree not to upload, store, or share content that:
- Sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way, or could reasonably be considered child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This is an absolute prohibition.
- Infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights — including stock images, music, video, or written content you don't have the right to use.
- Violates someone's privacy by disclosing personal information without their consent.
- Promotes, incites, or threatens violence against people or animals.
- Constitutes harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content targeting people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material. (We're a tool for client-facing social media work; that's not what we're for.)
- Is intended to defraud, mislead, or manipulate the public — including disinformation campaigns and fake reviews.
- Contains malware, viruses, or other code intended to harm systems or users.
- Violates applicable law in your jurisdiction, in the European Union, or in the Czech Republic where Content Gremlins operates.
You also agree not to use Content Gremlins to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, workspaces, or our infrastructure.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, including via the in-product email notification system.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or build a competing product using our service.
- Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written agreement.
- Use the AI integration ("Ask Gremlin") to generate content that violates the terms of the underlying AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.).
We don't pre-screen content. We rely on you to follow these rules and on people to report problems. When we receive a report or otherwise become aware of prohibited content, we'll act on it — see the reporting sections below.
Your content
Anything you upload — images, video, copy, brand assets, brief responses, captions, comments — remains yours. We don't claim ownership of your content or your clients' content.
You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely as necessary to operate the service for you and the people you've invited to your workspaces. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for backups and audit records we retain for the periods described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for all content you upload.
- Your content does not infringe on anyone's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
- Your use of the service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform terms — including the terms of any social network you publish to.
If you upload content on behalf of a client — which is the whole point of Content Gremlins — you confirm you have your client's authorization to do so.
Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe content on Content Gremlins infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, send a notice to [email protected].
A complete notice should include:
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
- A description of the work you claim has been infringed.
- A description and link or workspace identifier showing where the infringing content is on Content Gremlins.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We aim to acknowledge complete notices within two business days and act on valid notices promptly — typically within one to seven business days depending on complexity. We may take down content while we investigate, share your notice with the user who uploaded the content so they can respond, and forward counter-notices back to you.
We respect the rights of authors and creators. We also reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly upload infringing content.
Reporting illegal content (EU Digital Services Act)
If you believe content on Content Gremlins is illegal under European Union law or the law of an EU member state, send a notice to [email protected]. Include:
- A clear explanation of why you believe the content is illegal, citing the applicable law if you can.
- A link or workspace identifier showing where the content is on Content Gremlins.
- Your contact information so we can follow up.
- A statement of good-faith belief that the information in your notice is accurate.
We will act on valid notices expeditiously. For complete notices we'll acknowledge receipt and inform you of our decision and the reasoning behind it where required by law. For questions about our content moderation practices generally, you can also write to [email protected].
Data and privacy
See the Privacy Policyfor details. Short version: we collect what we need to run the service, we don't sell your data, and you can export or delete it any time.
AI integration ("Ask Gremlin")
Ask Gremlin is an optional feature that connects Content Gremlins to AI assistants (such as Claude) via the Model Context Protocol. When you use it:
- Prompts and data you send to the AI are processed by whichever AI provider you've connected (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) under their terms.
- We don't store or analyze your AI conversations beyond what's needed to execute the tool calls you approve.
- AI output is best-effort. You're responsible for reviewing drafts before they go to clients.
Service availability
We aim to keep Content Gremlins running reliably, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, due to issues with third-party providers (Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare), or during incidents. We'll communicate significant outages.
Warranties
Content Gremlins is provided as-is and as-available. We don't warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what's described on our website.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything arising from these terms or your use of Content Gremlins is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, missed opportunities, and so on), even if we were told they might happen.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Content Gremlins, its operator (Adam Kosinar, OSVČ, Czech Republic), and any contractors or service providers acting on its behalf, from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Content you upload to the service or that is uploaded through workspaces you control.
- Your breach of these terms.
- Your violation of any law or third-party right, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
This indemnity covers claims by social media platforms, copyright holders, your own clients, and other third parties whose rights are affected by your use of the service.
If we are notified of a claim covered by this section, we'll let you know within a reasonable time. You'll have the right to participate in the defense at your own expense; we retain the right to control the defense and any settlement.
Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, a specific workspace, or specific content if:
- You materially breach these terms.
- You upload prohibited content, or repeatedly upload content that violates third-party rights.
- We are legally required to do so by a court order or competent authority.
- We have a reasonable, good-faith belief that suspension is necessary to protect other users, our service, or third parties from imminent harm.
- Your payment fails repeatedly after reasonable notice.
In serious cases — particularly involving illegal content — we may suspend access immediately and notify you afterward. In less serious cases we'll typically reach out before suspending so you have a chance to fix the issue.
If your account is suspended, your client portals may also become unavailable. We'll do our best to give you and your clients reasonable notice and a way to export your data, except where doing so would not be appropriate (for example, where the suspension relates to illegal content).
You can close your account at any time from your account settings. When an account closes, your data is retained for 30 days in case you want to come back, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion by emailing us.
Brand
"Content Gremlins" and the gremlin mark are part of the project's identity. Don't use them to imply endorsement, partnership, or to pass off your own product as ours. Everything visible on our website and in our product — the copy, the design, the mascot — is ours unless otherwise noted.
Changes to these terms
We might update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we'll email active users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that counts as acceptance.
For minor clarifications that don't affect your rights or obligations (typo fixes, clearer wording), we'll just update the "Last updated" date at the top.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes will be resolved in Czech courts, unless local consumer protection law in your jurisdiction gives you the right to sue locally.
For EU consumers, you have the right to resolve disputes through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI).
